"The In Between" started as a post on my Facebook group "108 Words a Day". Well, it didn't stop at 108, at 1080 or even at 10800. It just kept on going.
The initial idea (the stimulus) was that I keenly wanted to write about a man arriving in a place where he had no connections or friends, where he was a complete stranger.
As it turned out, the story wasn't really about him.
