What happened to Kate and the kids ? How come David dies and then is recusitated, and in what year ? The whole story was kind of confusing to me, and I like to read Sci-Fi stuff, but this one kind of left me hanging. Ivan

Thanks for your questions.

David's resurrection is shown in the epilogue of The Atlantis Gene and explained in Part I of The Atlantis Plague (including the date of his emergence).

In the final chapters of The Atlantis Gene, we see Martin Grey rescuing Kate and the kids, ferrying them away from the structure in Gibraltar in a mini submersible. The Atlantis Plague picks up shortly thereafter and we find Kate and the boys living in an Orchid District in Marbella, Spain.
