What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?

Joe Matlock My mother died when I was three and inadvertently, I met my father twenty years later. All I knew is for years he denied I was his son, but we look so much alike we could be brothers. Also, we were both military pilots, albeit he was a B-29 pilot during WWII and I was a career Marine pilot. No one would tell me anything so their relationship has been a mystery. While “The Dance” and “The Other Side Of Courage” are about relationships, I don’t know if I could write a mystery novel. Perhaps that is something to consider as a challenge.
