What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Iesha S. Walker I'm a newly published author, so my feelings may change in years to come. Right now, the best thing about being a writer is seeing my readers so invested in my characters and in my book. I offered a preview of a chapter in my book before it was complete and the readers were so engaged that they pushed me to complete the book. They were just as excited as I was when the book finally published. That's an amazing feeling!
