What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

T.N. Traynor My advice to anyone wanting to start writing a book is - it is hard work. The initial first write of a book can be the easiest bit. The editing is much harder, and for a good book you need to edit many times. Then promoting is even harder. You certainly need perseverance if you want to be a writer.
The number one best tip I could offer is... read your book aloud, it is amazing how doing this reveals all the places where the story doesn't flow.
