What books are on your summer reading list this year?

Kit Crumpton I'm reading The Big Sleep by Raymond Chandler right now. I want to study his writing style. I have noticed his character development and scene descriptions are outstanding. I am very appreciative of his story telling and phrasing. This story is early 20th century and the book I am presently writing is in that same era. I've picked up a couple of things from this author; like "pony glass". I totally forgot about pony glasses and added it to my book. You see, I'm not really into the liquor thing but Chandler reminded me. Way too much fun.
