Right now, I'm reading a manuscript for my upcoming book and Pauline Frederick Reporting, by Marilyn Greenwald, about a UN reporter from the '40s and '50s. Once again, I'm deep into books discussing women and the challenges they face. I also plan to read Why Not Me, by Mindy Kaling, and The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks, by Rebecca Skloot. Somewhere in between that time, I will pick up light reads to give myself a break from the complexities of life.
