Hi Deborah. I have to admit that the reason I read this book is because of your surname! My maiden name was Raney, and it's not a name I come across very often! Do you have any family in the UK or South Africa?

Hi Joy, So delighted to meet another Raney. You're right that we are few and far between! As far as I know, none of my husband's family is in the UK or South Africa. Mostly the Raneys are in Kansas and California, and we know of distant relatives in Kentucky, all in the U.S. But perhaps we're related distantly. Deborah _ I am reading Beneath A Southern Sky" and I am at 81% on my Kindle. When Nate finally meets his daughter Natalie, I believe there is a typo. It said she buried her lace against her mother's shoulder. Did you mean that she buried her face against her mother's shoulder?
