The moment my Stretch for Change was out, I started thinking on my next book. I want to interview people to learn more about how they deal with change, how they struggle or thrive overcoming different life challenges. From losses to new job opportunities to moving to a different city or learning things they thought they would never be able to do so. I want to share those stories and the learnings of how different people deal with change.
