I have always been interested in the idea of time travel, since reading HG Wells and watching Doctor Who (I'm talking about William Hartnell). The idea, though, for Azarias Tor was born out of watching a documentary about the Spanish Armada on a history channel; what if I could travel back in time and observe such major events.
