Goodreads asked Warren Moore:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Warren Moore The best way I've found to deal with writer's block is to just go and do something else for a while. Preferably something completely unrelated to your writing. Clear your mind to the point that you're not thinking about your writing at all, then when you've got your focus back, do what you do to get your best writing ideas and let the ideas flow naturally once more. Remember, writer's block is a form of burnout, and the best solution to any form of burnout is distance plus time. So the sooner you do that, the better.
