May I say this is not a question 'per se' but just to encourage your writing historicals with language that reflects the era? Too often writers writing historicals shamelessly disregard the language a seventeenth century story filled with 21st century jargon is wickedly annoying. Keep up the great job of writing historical as historicals and your apology in A Chevalier in Deed was absolutely unneeded!
