When writing, do you work chronologically or bounce around through the story as inspiration hits?

I do both actually. I'll write a large section of the book chronologically and then get a sudden urge to focus on a later scene. That's when I work on it until I feel like going back to where I had originally left off. This does cause some continuity errors I have to fix later, but that's what rewrites are for!
