I was inspired by my backyard pond and wanting to writing a wholesome story for kids. My inspiration came from books I had read as a child and wanting to bring a story that included a connection to God and the gospel of Jesus Christ as Savior. I hoped to encourage believers and provoke thought to those who may not have Jesus in their life.
