What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

M.B. Saul Write for yourself. Write the story that you want. You're not going to please everyone, so try not to get discouraged when you don't. The most help I ever received was from an absolute scathing review of one of my drafts. It made me step up my game, but I know that person will NEVER like my book or my writing...and that's okay. This was the story I wanted, the way I wanted it.
