Firstly, LOVE your work. The Country Saga is by far the most memorable series you have published and was really amazed about how two series linked together. Earth Dwellers tore me apart at times. What authors do you get your inspiration from when starting to write a new series?

Thanks very much, Conor, I appreciate the compliment and your support! The unique format of the Dwellers/Country Saga has both captivated and confused readers :) Then again, sometimes I confused myself with it!
As to your question, before starting a new series I always try to read books by authors I amazed by. Those authors who have such a command of the written word that they leave me in awe of what they can do. Those authors set the bar I want to reach. Authors I aspire to emulate are Brandon Sanderson, JRR Tolkien, Neal Shusterman, Patrick Ness, and Ruta Sepetys, among others.

I have just finished reading Dragonfall (absolutely amazing) when i realised the Fatemarked series was actually similar to that of a sequel to Kingfall, should i abandon reading Magefall for now and swap to reading Fatemarked?I was also wondering if your book came in hardcover because it would avoid making the cover crumpled which might ruin the magnificent artwork.
