I just get these flashes of different stories to write. It happens in the grocery store, in the shower, when I'm eating, and other moments. There isn't one specific task or approach I take to get inspired. I basically write down the story lines once I get the flash. Because I write part time, I can't seem to keep up with the story lines that I have jotted down for various books.
