Dear Cara, I recently finished "When Forever Ended" and was left with so many questions! First, is there a sequel to this book? Because it felt like there so many unresolved issues. Or, maybe my Kindle version of the book was missing a few chapters. Why did you mention Will's brother on two occasions in connection with Lissa, but never expounded on what I felt was a possible relationship between the two?

At the end of the book, it seemed as though Will was going to ask Kelly to marry him when they had there overnight stay in the city, but that's where the book ended. So, I feel like there was so much more to say, but the story ended prematurely. Any insight for a new reader? Thank you!
