Marie Michaels NaNoWriMo 2017 was a fun one! It's the second installment of the series tentatively titled "The NaNo Books I Don't Hate Even After I Finish Them." It's a fantasy series in a setting inspired by ancient Mesopotamia because not enough stories are set in ancient Mesopotamia, especially ones not about conquering armies and whatnot. Not a single conquering army in sight, although I'm sure they are out there somewhere...
