Lori Beasley-Holmes
Lori Beasley-Holmes asked Clyde Hedges:

HEA is Happily Ever After. It's the ending required by most Romance Publishers. There is also HFN or Happy For Now. Some publishers will settle for them if it's a series. Been taking a writing class through Wesleyan and working on a good system for plotting. I've always been more of a punster than a plotter and I should work on it. Do you have any suggestions? Bought a book, but it was pimping Scrivner. Lori

Clyde Hedges Lori, I don't exactly what you mean for your question. I just finished, "A Prayer for Owen Meany" by Irving, and his book was full of wit, though it was a serious novel. Plotting, I just let my mind run free and then tie it together with your puns or satire or jokes, whatever the story requires. Send me something you've written, and I'll look at it. Nothing really long. I'm not saying I'm an authority, but I might be able to suggest something.
