How do you get inspired to write?

Lisa Romeo So very many things give me ideas -- music, films, other books, magazine and newspaper articles, photos, nature, stories and situations I hear about. Sometimes that inspiration leads me to write, but more often I don't necessarily need or want to purposely "get inspired." I prefer to write regularly, and whether or not I *feel* inspired. That's just good writing practice, I think. The more you write, the more you find the motivation, interesting ideas, and impetus to keep going from the work itself.
