How do you get inspired to write?

A.P. Hofleitner I think it's important to find a way to self motivate yourself, no matter what you do, write, study, workout, clean the house. I think each person has a different way to get inspired for every different task. For me, when it comes to writing, I prefer to free up a month and isolate myself. Go for a long run in morning and think about what I will write and then come back and work through the night. - It's not easy to find that sort of free time and isolation with a day-job and family, but I have to be 100% focused on the task until it is done, so I'd rather wait until I can have that time.
