How do you get inspired to write?

Brian C. Poole When I'm excited about what I'm writing, it's not hard to be inspired. If I come up with an idea I love, I can't wait to get into the writing process. But bumps in the road are inevitable. Music can help get me in the right frame of mind. Or sometimes doing something to "cleanse my brain," some sort of repetitive task that lets my brain organize the many thoughts clanging around in there.
