Hi Maria. Thanks for your question. The answer is a simple NO. Already so many sites are trying to suck every penny out of authors through tweets, marketing promises and so forth. Just because GR feels their giveaway has some sort of marketing value, clearly they're also eliminating any author who doesn't have the financial backing to put another dollar in their box.
