Are you familiar with the Word on the Street book promo in Halifax in September? If so, what can you tell me about it?

I am somewhat familiar with the event, although I have yet to participate as an author. It's a book fair with vendors, publishers and writers all there to promote their books. There are stalls, tables, entertainment and it's a great place to find new books and authors, especially local ones.
