Meditation is medicine for the soul. I meditate regularly, and it was during a meditation a few years back, that the idea for the Ninth Miracle trilogy was presented to me. And I knew then, I had to write it.
The key is to be open to what the universe has to show us. I never assume I know all the answers, or try to control what it is I'm going to write. Instead I am always open to the stories that need to be written.
