Pick up a pencil, pen, crayon, keyboard, tablet, anything you can get your hands on and put your thoughts down. Immediately! One of our biggest problems is that characters, ideas, thoughts swim into our minds and if we don't immediately write them down, they swim away. Usually, forever. So don't let your ideas swim away. Write them down!
