Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Megan Sharma Before I wrote "100 of Your Toughest Business Emails: Solved", I was thinking about my Corporate Communications career and the lessons I took away from it.

I thought, 'What unique skills/perspectives did I gain from my experience?'

I realized that it gave me an unexpected gift: the ability to say just about anything in a diplomatic manner.

So, I wrote a book about it to help others who struggle with difficult email communications.
