Walking. I walk a ton. Outdoors, no music, no noise, no distractions. I carry sound-canceling headphones and I'll have a voice recorder with me. When I walk, I kind of get into a zone and the thoughts just come out. I'll speak it into my voice recorder then transcribe it when I get home.
