How do you get inspired to write?

T.L. Searle It depends which phase I am in. Initially, a story idea forms, I fiddle with it in my head and if I'm excited by it, I type like a bull at a gate. I enjoy the process of forming a story, each new element is exciting. Time is my biggest foe. After a long day/week, it can be hard to build the motivation and stimulation to write effectively and succinctly. I spend the next session deleting odd and obviously delirium-induced sentences.
