Why did you use a pen name for your writing?

Jaye L. Knight When I first got into publishing, I wanted to retain a bit of anonymity. I'm not as worried about that anymore, but my real last name is long and not particularly authorly. :) I chose to use Jaye L. Knight because it's well suited to a fantasy writer.
