There are days when i write a series of poems, and there are days, weeks, even, when i cannot write at all. It used to worry me, but then i read that poet extraordinaire, Mark Strand didn’t write poetry for a decade after the publication of Selected Poems. It made me feel better, and now i am okay about waiting for a poem to find its way to me.
