How do you get inspired to write?

Cindi Rogers I was inspired by my own pain, actually. It pained me to see the suffering of other parents who desperately wanted and needed answers on how to make a happy life when you had a child born with a genetic disability. I wanted to try and take that pain away by giving our personal solutions to problems that others might face too. No two situations are exactly the same, but there are many similarities when you are faced with this diagnosis.
