Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance, for Playstation 2. There was a moment in that game where you're inside a ruined building, and the way the sunbeams came in through a hole in the wall gave me an idea for a special skill that a character could have (don't want to give away too much, here). I eventually built the book around that idea.
