How do you get inspired to write?

M.D. Navalinski Growing up in a time where only three television channels existed to choose from, I found the library in my hometown of Kelso Washington as my favorite pathway to imagination, creativity and everything else the written word provides. In my formative years I dabbled with rock journalism and an occasional short story or two, but it was the journals I kept during my travels throughout Mexico that inspired me to finally sit down and bring forth the many adventures experienced on the road.
