Martha Hall Kelly:
If I wanted to visit Caroline Ferraday's home in Connecticut when would you suggest is the best time of year to do this? What is the exact address? Are there tours? Thanks.
Martha Hall Kelly
Hi Marilyn, You're in for a treat if you're planning a trip to The Bellamy-Ferriday House and Gardens. It is located in Bethlehem, Ct., about two and a half hours north of New York City. The house is open May-October (with a Christmas event in December) and guides give lovely tours of the house and gardens. The property is especially lovely in late May when the lilacs are in bloom, but any time of year is beautiful. You will find all the info you need here: https://www.ctlandmarks.org/bellamy-f.... Have a great time!

First, this is the best book that I have read in ages. Thank you for telling all of their stories. Second, I have a Polish friend who wants to read your book, but she doesn't speak (or read) English. She is fluent in French (& Polish, of course), but I cannot find the book in either language. Has it been translated into either of these so obvious (to me!) languages, & if not, when will it be?

I am almost finished with Lilac Girls and I am depressed. I do NOT want this book to be over. I have enjoyed reading it so much. I have such an interest in the Holocaust and WW2 and it is so obvious how much research you put into writing this book. I am just thrilled that you are writing a prequel and I will definitely be buying it asap! What time period will the prequel start?

Good morning Martha, I just finished reading the Lilac Girls, and somehow missed the explaination about why Caroline never married Paul Rodierre. I would have thought she would have married once she knew that his wife had passed?
I truly appreciate your hard work and research to bring this story to life. It is an amazing story. Thank you for writing it.
