First, get rid of the notion that you're an "aspiring" writer. You're only an "aspiring writer" if you've never written anything outside of school or work. You already are a writer!
Next, don't assume that you always have to be writing in order to maintain your status. I can't remember what days I did or didn't write- all I know is that I finished, and that's what matters. Set schedules by all means- but don't put such high demands on yourself.
