Goodreads asked Adrian Edward:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Adrian Edward I know it’s different for everyone, but being a musician as well as being a writer, I found the best way to tackle writer’s block for me is to schedule time to write. I have tried many times over the years to simply wait for inspiration to hit and then write as much as I can. When I approached it that way, I noticed that i wasn’t producing as much material as I wanted.

I used to think scheduling time to write was not as creative or romantic as we want to believe the creative the process to be. I quickly realized that seeing my vision come to life was infinitely more rewarding than “waiting” for the perfect time to create. I find mornings are a great time to be creative and get a lot done so that’s when I do most of my writing.
