Where, if anywhere, was this series based in the world? It obviously has the fallen city, but of course it could be just about any city, even fantasy!

Hi P.C. Cast. I just wanted to say you are amazing at what you do! I love House of Night but when you came out with the Tales of a New World series I couldn't put it down. My question is will there ever be another book in that series or a spin off of some sort? I grew to love Mari and Nik and all their whole pack! It would be amazing to read more about all of them, or someone else's life from the pack!!!
