What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Jodi Rath Don't think too much about it; just do it! As a kid, I found time to write all the time because I loved it. When I was in college, I took every creative writing course I could to continue to write. As an adult, I got a career--well, several careers. I stopped writing for a long time and I lost a huge piece of myself. About eight years ago, I was in a job where I LOVED the actual job itself, but there were some not so nice people I worked with--I started writing again to escape the meanness and corruption around me. That was the best thing to ever happen to me! I couldn't stop and now I write more than I ever have and I love it! So yeah, don't give up on yourself--no matter what!
