What is your most recommended snack to have while writing? Or do you prefer to not have snacks as you write?

Hmmm... I like to have butterscotch hard candies on hand since they last for a long time and aren't too messy. (Very important for typing!) I go without snacks most of the time though since I write very often. ;) Thanks for asking, Julia!

Do you ever feel that you 'over-develop' characters? Like, you leave out information that readers might require, because you think it's obvious, or that you've already said it. Or, maybe you give too much information, because you know all about your character, and you want your readers to know everything you do?
