Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed and appreciated the chaos series! I am relieved that you are continuing on and I am excited about the future storylines. I particularly enjoyed the details regarding Matteo and Valentina and became quite invested and emotional with the tale of her demise. I wondered if you would ever consider a prequel? I understand we already know much of the detail,a novella perhaps?

S.M. Soto I have considered this. Time and time again. It's something I'm still letting ruminate. I would very much like to explore the story of Valentina and Matteo, but I'm not quite sure I'm prepared for the heartbreak their book or novella would entail. We'll see what 2021 brings with the rest of the series, then go from there.

Why do you and other female authors always do the double standard of making a heorine celibate or a virgin when the hero gets to have sex for pleasure at his leisure? What goes into that decision? And why is it so popular for her to also have to also witness him with other women?
