Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Shaun Lewis I served in naval intelligence and wanted to inform readers that the Royal Navy was instrumental in founding today's Secret Service. I cam by the ideas for the plot by reading accounts of German espionage activity in Britain (including a plan to blow up the Bank of England - the inspiration for the James Bond novel, Goldfinger) and how the Germans plotted to foment a jihad against the British Empire in the near East.
