The Crusader's Handfast was originally serialized in six installments, then was published in a complete volume in October 2016. It hasn't been available in installments since 2016, so the parts aren't sold anywhere. The entire book is available in both print and ebook at all major portals:

If you bought the installments in 2015 and 2016 and are just missing this one, please let me know and we'll see if we can work something out.
