How do you get inspired to write?

Josephine Young My inspiration for story comes from many different places, my family, observing human interaction (I am very nosy) and also from my dreams (I have some wacky dreams). However my inspiration to write them down - that's entirely different. I wouldn't call it inspiration, more of a nagging voice of guilt that sits on my shoulder and taps on my head until eventually I stop doing all of the other thing that I seem to have become engrossed in and I knuckle down and concede to the internal pressure.
