How do you deal with writer’s block?

J.R.H. Lawless Everyone is different, so please don't take this as a general statement, but I'm not certain writer's block is a real thing in my own experience. There have been plenty of moments when I've tired myself out writing, or when I haven't sufficiently thought through a scene yet to make more progress. But I'm not sure "block" is the right term for it. In any case, I've found working on my outlining or on a short story for a bit soon gets me back on track.
