Goodreads asked Will Jelbert:

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Will Jelbert In 2001 I stumbled on an out-of-print book from 1909 on my parents' bookshelf on their farm in Cornwall. It was written by a French doctor and had been badly translated by an English scholar. That book introduced me to Seneca. Seneca inspired me to spend three years researching applied positive psychology and philosophy, and the outcome of that research (and applying it to myself and then to the people i coached) was this book. But I needed this book to help myself. So i had no choice but to create it.
