I read "Anne of Green Gables" so many times as a child that I would love to spend some time with her on Prince Edward Island. I think we'd be great pals. When Mark (my then boyfriend) and I visited the island 23 years ago, we were sitting on a red sand beach one afternoon and decided to get engaged. Just like that. It hold magic for me.
