What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Aiden Merchant Write what you want to write. Don't weigh yourself under genre labels. If you want to write a horror story, then do that. If you want to follow it up with a drama, then do that next. I currently find myself social in the horror community, but I actually got started heavily on crime and drama. My first full-length (due out 2020) is actually just that: a crime drama. I also have a fantasy series in the works, and several science fiction led stories on the way.
