I've never really had an issue with writer's block. There are times I don't feel like writing -- I just don't want to sit down and do it -- but I've never had an issue with not being able to come up with something to write about.
Of course, I do keep idea lists, lists which tend to grow faster than I can write them, so that may help. It's something I've always done, though, so it was never a solution to writer's block, though it may be why I've never run into it.
